SicTronic — storage control unit

SicTronic is a one-of-a-kind electronic unit, the first with a power board that allows the use of any battery type with any existing inverter. It manages photovoltaic production to avoid surplus fed to the grid and automatically manages thermal storage based on set temperatures. It lets you add electrical storage to any existing PV system without replacing the inverter, with on-display data and cloud connection via Wi-Fi and GSM.

HomeTronic — smart control unit

HomeTronic is the smallest microprocessor-based control unit for managing every process of a hybrid system: it controls panel and water temperature, battery level, the circulation pump and the heat pump, plus charge and discharge of the electrical storage. It optimises self-consumption, with an on-board display and cloud connection via Wi-Fi and GSM. It is used in the small domestic solar kits.

EV charging station

The charging station charges an electric vehicle up to 7.2 kW (charging mode 3, IEC/EN 61851-1). It features 3 charging modes (ECO, ECO+, FAST), a built-in class-A residual-current device, a 6.5 m cable, a clip amperometric sensor, a touchscreen display and LED indicators.

KRATOS — supercapacitor energy storage

KRATOS is one of SIC SOLAR’s latest products: an innovative electrical energy storage system that, unlike classic batteries, uses graphene supercapacitors and a custom electronic unit to manage alarms, protections and charge/discharge flows. It is the only storage able to discharge huge current flows — useful, for example, for extremely fast EV charging — with long life and a very wide temperature range (-20°C to +55°C).
