The Home Solar KIT is the first and only combined 2-in-1 system: the only solar kit delivering electrical and thermal functions at the same time, in half the footprint. High-efficiency RA hybrid panels produce both heat and electricity from a single solar-powered unit — so there is no longer any need to install two separate solar systems.
Long-lasting RA hybrid panels with higher efficiency
The RA hybrid panel — for which SIC holds an international patent — is the result of over 30 years of research. The coolant lets the kit produce up to 35% more electrical power than the standard, while extending service life by preventing cell overheating. The same fluid that absorbs heat from the sun-exposed cells is channelled to the boiler to heat the domestic hot-water reserve: in a single moment, panel performance is optimised and thermal energy for domestic hot water is produced.

Forced-circulation pump operation
Most solar kits use natural circulation, with efficiency losses and a bulky boiler on top of the panel. The Home Solar KIT instead uses a smart pump, powered by the kit itself, to move the hot fluid from the panels to the boiler as soon as the optimal temperature is reached: it boosts heat exchange, keeps the cells optimally cooled, hides the boiler behind the kit and limits heat loss to the outside.
High-efficiency “tank in tank” boiler
The Home Solar KIT features a tank-in-tank boiler: a dual-chamber boiler that ensures more efficient, uniform and widespread heat exchange. An internal cover creates a micro-environment that almost eliminates the natural heat loss typical of night-time hours and winter periods.
AISI 316 stainless-steel structure, quick to assemble
The load-bearing structure is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, offering mechanical strength, durability and high resistance to corrosion and weathering. It is designed to be installed even by just two non-specialised people, following the supplied manual.
